We encounter difficulties on a daily basis that test our patience and frequently result in tense situations. My strategy is to work with you to manage these emotions by learning how to handle them through relaxation techniques.
ANXIETY
Though it can occasionally become overwhelming, anxiety is a natural aspect of who we are and what makes us alert of certain hazards. My method is to assist you in identifying and putting into practice certain techniques that give you greater control over these feelings.
ANGER
Most of the time, things or people who make us feel unwelcome or unheard strain our patience and cause us to become angry. The method I’m introducing involves using certain tactics that are designed to help you control your emotions through relaxation techniques.
