Every day we face challenges that measure our patience and oftentimes lead to stressful moments. The goal of my approach is to discover together techniques aimed at ease these feelings and manage it through some relaxation exercises
ANXIETY
Anxiety is part of who we are and what makes us being aware of certain dangers but sometimes can also becomes overwhelming. The approach use by me is help you find and apply certain strategies that bring more control of these emotions.
ANGER
Most of the time our patience is tested by events or someone that make us feel unwanted or not listened, leading to anger. The approach that I’m bringing on is through the guidance of certain techniques that aimed to use relaxation strategies to help you gain control of your emotions.
